Cooling-off week
In your notice to us it must be clear that you have change your mind. The cooling-off period starts the day you received goods or a substantial part of it. If the contract is a specially-made goods - or goods which have a distinct personal touch, begin the withdrawal period from the day we left the information.
You have no right of withdrawal if:
Service commenced during the withdrawal period with your consent,
price depends on the financial market fluctuations, such as a stock,
goods because of their nature can not be returned.
When you use your withdrawal:
You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you got it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If goods are damaged or removed because of that you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.
Guarantee and service
Delivery time is specified in the cart during each shipping method. If a product has different delivery times, it is stated in each item.
Not picked up packages
Did you choose COD as shipping method, your goods remain in office for four weeks. Not retrieved goods returned to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping and handling fee, it is currently 150 SEK.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed the wrong. Returns must be sent by mail or packages, not by mail. For exchanges we will pay the new shipment from us to dig. When you exercised your right to do;
in the case of an article: send or return it to us
in the case of a service: keeping the material available to us, if it does not cause inconvenience to you.
We will, if you exercised your right to cancel, refund what you paid for the item as soon as, or within 30 days from the date we received the goods. You may have to pay the cost when sending back the goods. We always pay the cost of returning the so-called replacement products.
